Who is Sean Cleven?

So yesterday 4:28AM my phone started vibrating because I got a text message. It was facebook!

"Sean Cleven has requested to add you as a friend on Facebook." Well once I woke up I logged into my facebook to see who this was.

He was friends with 3 of my other friends. His profile says he works at Boeing and the quoted a very funny line off Family Guy (one of my Fav shows).

There was only 1 picture of him on his profile. So I thought what the hell and approved the request.

Now flash forward 4 hours. My email, Facebook message and Texts start going off! A bunch of my friends are like "who is Sean Cleven?" Do you know him? I tell some of them that I added him because he was cute and I was not sure if I have ever met him. I would appear that he added every Gay person in Seattle as a friend on his facebook.

After talking about this with my SO last night he pointed out that now "Sean Cleven" has access to all my personal info on Facebook. Email, Cell Phone number, DOB and other stuff that I hide from others. So I logged back in to Facebook and removed the friendship. At that time he was now friends with 15 of my other friends (up from 4).

So who is Sean Cleven? If you know please drop me a line. Until then if you are friends with him (but you don't know him) you may want to re-think that friendship.

THANKS! Was just on Facebook and saw Sean wanted to be my friend. He's friends with a good number of my friends and I was thinking "he's cute... he's a friend of friend..." Glad I found your warning :-)

I mean have you read his profile? Not educated at all, doesn't work a respectable job, doesn't say anything about himself in any great detail, and just plain horrible person. LOL OMG There's more information about him on his page, went to top schools, graduated top of his class, works his butt off at work, and is a great friend of mine and to many many friends of mine as well. He's a great guy and to post a judgement without knowing him is just bad. He joined facebook and was linking to friends of friends like his friends told him to do and that of course will make him link to quite a few people. So if you're worried about him "getting information" about you, he is not trying to do that, just make new friends out there that are friends of his other friends...like everyone else. The gay drama has to stop cuz Seattle has enough of it. You create no good in life being around, I hope you know that...but do change that fact. All our best Mr. Poulson.

Wow Brandon you are very upset about this.

I just pointed out that I don't know him and cannot find any information about him. And while he has 1787 friends including 15 "common" friends, I have not been able to find anyone that really knows him.

My friend tried to find him in the U of M Alumni directory without any success. Classmates.com thinks he may have attended Wayne State University.

And I think I contribute lots of "good" being around. Enough that you spent the time to respond to this posting at 3am.
